So, about me…….. I’m Lou, and some of the things that make me happy include singing, crystals and the hot sunshine beaming down whilst at the seaside!… I can almost smell the sea air and hear those ocean waves if I close my eyes right now! I suffer with arthritis , which leaves me a little wonky when standing! I am mummy to two beautiful children, a boy who is 8 and a girl who is 4, and wife to my wonderful hubby, Lee. I am a Reiki Master practitioner and a Reflexologist in training. Whilst building up my new business venture , The Healing Lotus, I also work as a Lead Nurse within Drug and Alcohol Community Addiction Services. I have always been interested in energy work and complimentary healing modalities, and am really excited to share this journey with you.
I am passionate about sharing the healing energy of Reiki (and the amazing mind, body and emotional benefits and magical wonders of Reflexology treatments too – watch this space as I will be qualifying soon!). I have a friendly, listening ear available if you fancy a chat and some relaxation – we have some different options we can add to create the perfect well-being space for you, including: manifestation and positive affirmation work, Goal Planning, Journaling, Meditation , Reiki, Crystals , Incense and Angel cards.
